Wayne E. Williams Sr. was the eldest child and only son of the late Earl and Alice Williams raised in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Apostle Wayne was married to Apostle Thomasine B. Williams. Jointly they are the parents of seven children.


Wayne's training was in the area of computer Technology. He completed his studies at the Computer Processing Institute of Connecticut in Bridgeport and attended J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond, Virginia. He worked for years as a Help Desk Specialist who was recognized and received awards for his customer service skills.

Spiritually he studied the Word of God at Richmond Virginia Seminary and Virginia University of Lynchburg where God talked to him and totally changed his life. As a child, Dr. Robert A. Moody of Shiloh Baptist Church Hartford, Connecticut, kept him close because he saw God's hand on him. Once in Richmond he was also mentored by Pastor Robert Williams, Christian Tabernacle Baptist, Dr. Ruth I. G. Moore, Faith Hope & Victory Chapel Ashland and Pastor Kent & Martha Evans, Faith Harvest International Church.

Apostle Wayne has operated in the area of Vision & Dream Interpretation and was gifted in research and teaching of the Word of God. He was widely known as a man of integrity, compassion, humility, and dignity. He and his wife were co-founders of New Day Ministries International where they were commissioned by God to assist in the eradication of the lack of knowledge. He was called to the pastorate through the Benny Hinn Ministries, ordained by Ruby Martin, Multi-Ministries Hampton, South Carolina, and consecrated to Apostleship by Apostle Carolyn Howard-Harris, Healing Heart Ministries Richmond, Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Left to mourn are his wife of 24 years, Thomasine Brazeal Williams; his sisters Linda Cobb (Ellis) and Darriel Ellis; children, Arnett Gardner (Tonia), Tanya Udunwa (Temple), Stephan Roberts (Regina), Cassandra Butler (Lawrence), Wayne Williams Jr. (Dawn), Devin M. Williams, and Brian Williams. A host of grandchildren, two of whom he mentored, Chanelle Parham (Jason) and Pierre White; great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
