Carroll
Beverly
Aug 15, 1954 — Oct 1, 2025
I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race. I have kept the faith.
2 Timothy 4:7
God sent his angels down to call our beloved Carroll Beverly (affectionately known as "Red") to his heavenly home on October 1, 2025.
Carroll was born August 15, 1954, to the late Mary Beverly and Webster Jordan. On December 21, 1985, he married the love of his life Sarah Washington. This union was blessed with one daughter, Ashley Beverly.
Carroll started to work at a very early age. He worked for many years until his health failed him and resulted in his retirement. His career included employment with APAC-Asphalt and White Oak Excavating. After his retirement he enjoyed riding his lawn mower cutting his grass, going to the racetrack, cooking and watching westerns.
Carroll was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Beverly and Webster Jordan; his daughter, Pareethia Beverly; and his sisters Lucille Beverly and Della Lyles.
Left to cherish all the fond memories is his beloved wife of 39 years, Sarah Beverly; his daughters Ashley Beverly and Shantayne Beverly; his sons Jernole Beverly, Carroll Beverly and George Washington; his cherished grandchildren, Dequan Beverly, Trayvone Beverly, Deon Beverly, Taizhon Beverly, Malayzha Beverly, Mytaviah Beverly, Erica Beverly, Charles Goodly, Jacqueline Morgan, Angel Beverly, Kamonte Washington, Nachiya Washington, and Trevor Washington; his siblings Evelyn McDowney, Maurice Beverly (Cynthia), Joe Beverly (Towanda), Lorraine Buckner, Webster Jordan and Vincent Beverly; sisters in-law Doris Scott (William), Ella Peyton, Levon Davis; brothers in-law John Washington (Lula), Robert Howard (Ethel), Michael Davis (Carol), Robert Washington (Etta), Wesley Washington (Theresa), and Dennis Washington; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Carroll may be gone, but our memories of him will live on. Always loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
