Obituary for Debra Lynn Brown

Debra Lynn Myers Brown was born July 14, 1964 in Fredericksburg, Virginia to the late Mary Frances Myers and Alexander Bundy. She attended James Monroe High School and joined Old Site Baptist Church of Fredericksburg at a young age. Later she moved to Westmoreland County and Married Clifford Peyton. During the course of their twenty-year union, three children were born.

Debra was a very outspoken, loving, daughter, mother and friend. She was also a dedicated worker at Mclean MidAtlantic where she worked until her health failed. Later, in life she remarried to Robin W. Brown.

She leaves to cherish a precious memory; a daughter Shamica (Mamas’ Bug) L. Peyton, three sons Delonta (Mamas’ Boy) C. Peyton, De’Andrae (Mamas’ Baby) E. Peyton and Delano Johnson all of Fredericksburg Virginia. Ten grandchildren; Micah (Nannie’s Binky), Kyra ( Boodie), Aliana (Ali Bug), Nycere ( Nannie’s Boy), Akira (Kira Bean), Hayden , De’Andrae Jr. (Doodus), Dominic, Cameron and Kingston. Four Brothers; Richard Myers of Washington D.C., Calvin Green of Richmond, Virginia, Lawrence Webster of Harrisonburg, Virginia and Steve Webster of Orange, Virginia. Three Sisters; Audrey Stanton of Baltimore, Maryland, Rose Veney of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Cheryl Ashton of King George, Virginia. Two Aunts; Barbara Minor of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Doris Smith of Colonial Beach, Virginia. Three Daughters in law; Charise D. Peyton, Adrienne R. Peyton and Porche D. Carter all of Fredericksburg, Virginia. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
