Justine Marie Mason, known to the family as Tine (65), was born on May 10, 1960. She transitioned into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Bon Secours Hospice House in Richmond Virginia.

Justine was preceded in death by her parents Gloria Patterson and Arturo Taylor.

Justine is survived by her son, Lance Mason, Sr. and two grandsons, Lance Mason, Jr. and Waylen Mason, her son's fiancé, Kathleen Landes, her sister Barbara Hayden (Deacon Agonza Hayden), and two brothers, Kenneth Mason, and Terry Mason (Donna Mason). She is also survived one aunt, Mozelle Keys, two uncles, Berdell Mason and Joe Taylor, a very devoted stepfather, Nathaniel Waller, Jr., devoted cousin, Brenda Taylor, devoted friends, Carol Crawford and Wanda Seay, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Justine accepted Christ at an early age and joined Union Baptist Church of Beaverdam, Virginia. She loved to cook and go to Bingo games, dotting paper after paper, yelling out "Bingo, I got it," and coming back telling us how much she had won. Her best joys in life were her son Lance and grandsons, Lance Jr. and Waylen. They were her everything. Justine will be greatly missed.
