Lavon Donelle Woodson affectionately known as Von, 44, of Henrico, VA, passed away on May 22, 2026. He was a dedicated warehouse worker known for his strong work ethic and reliability.

At an early age, LaVon accepted Christ and was baptized at Bethany Baptist Church in Montpelier, Virginia. He attended Hanover County and Henrico County schools where he graduated.

Lavon had a passion for style and took pride in being a sharp dresser. He especially loved his Michael Jordan sneakers and was rarely seen without a fresh pair. He also had a love for cars and took great pride in keeping his clean. His confidence and unique sense of style made a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Above all, LaVon was a devoted partner, a loving father, a cherished son, and a caring brother.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted partner, Sheena Pergerson whom was the love of his life; his beloved sons, Zaivon Woodson and Trevon Marlowe whom he cherished; his loving parents, Edward and Sylvia Woodson; his dear brother and best friend, O'Neil Woodson (Jasmine Woodson), with whom he shared an unbreakable bond—you rarely saw one without the other; his nephew, Kemarri Woodson, and nieces, Alayah Woodson and Lauren, who brought him great joy. He also held a special place in his heart for his two Godchildren, Kievondre Stevenson and Karlisis Johnson, whom he cherished deeply.           In addition, he leaves behind a host of devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will forever honor his memory.

Lavon will be remembered for his faith, his love for his family, and the pride he carried in everything he did.

His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
