Leslie (Les) Paul Curry, age 69, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025, in Richmond, Virginia, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Alexis and four children: Jeremy, Jonathan, Ibbey, and Laurajane (Lj). Les was also a proud grandfather to Jonny, Caleb, Arabella, and Julian. Born in North Carolina, Les spent most of his adult life in Fredericksburg, where he was well known for his hard work and dedication to his family and community. He served honorably in the United States Army, embodying the values of courage and commitment while stationed stateside and overseas in Korea. Les was preceded in death by his father, Meredyth Curry, mother, Laura Curry, sister, Dale Behanna, and his stepson, Dustin Schmidt. A celebration of Les' life will be held at Choice Baptist Church on March 15, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring his memory and the legacy of love he leaves behind.
