Mary Ann Carroll Peacefully passed away on Friday March 13th 2026, in the comfort of her home. She was born on January 1, 1941 in Richmond VA to the late Wilmore and Iretha Henderson. She was preceded in death by her Devoted Husband Henry Wallace Carroll, siblings Ernest Thompson, Virginia Thomas, Willie, Ursell, Lena, Elsie, Lorenzo, and Arnet Henderson.

She was employed at Tyson Food Inc (Formerly Holy Farm) for over 30 years until retirement. At an early age she joined Bethany Baptist Church and was a faithful member until her health failed. She served on the Hospitality Committee, and was a dedicated Missionary member. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and made it a priority to always stay in touch. In her free time, she enjoyed playing Spades and Dominos. She was a great cook, and loved cooking for her family, and was especially well known for her famous Potato Salad.

She leaves to cherish her three devoted daughters, Paulette, Iretha, and Rose Carroll, one loving Grandson Dorian "Hakeem" Carroll (Alimah), two Great Grandsons Isa Sherlund, and Mohammad Carroll, two Sisters Barbara Banks (Andrew), Shirley Anderson, two brothers Tom Henderson (Diane), Michael Henderson, one Sister In Law Doris Carroll, one Brother In Law David Carroll, Special Cousin Pat Young, and a host of Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
