Raymond Oliver Quarles went to be with the Lord on July 3, 2026.

Raymond was born on November 1, 1962. He is preceded in death by his parents, Levi Quarles Sr. and Frances Lilly Quarles. He is also preceded in death by his sister Frances Lorraine Tibbs, and nephew Eric Quarles.

Raymond is survived by his four brothers, Curtis and wife Angela of Gordonsville VA, Levi Quarles Jr. and wife Priscilla of Gordonsville VA, Michael Quarles and wife of Jeana of Gordonsville VA, Anthony Quarles of Roanoke VA, as well as two sisters, Barbara Jameson and husband Michael of Killeen Texas, Tawanna Lindsay and husband Reginald Lindsay of Madison VA, an aunt Maebelle Washington of Charlottesville VA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
