On May 23, 2026, Mrs. Rosa Lee Tyler a loving mom, grandmother, great grandmother and great- great grandmother entered into eternal rest at her residence after a brief illness.

She attended Hanover County Public Schools, Rosa joined Greenwood Baptist Church at a very early age.

Rosa Lee Tyler was the daughter to the late Lucille White. She follows in death to three siblings brother James Derricott, William Derricott, and sister Ginny Christian of Richmond, Va.

Rosa Lee Tyler was married to her deceased husband Cleveland George Tyler for 38 years. Born to the union was 7 children 3 boys Ulysses Derricott, George Leon Tyler (deceased), James Leo Tyler (deceased), 4 daughters Rosa Newby, Emma Lee Tyler, devoted daughter Beverly Tyler and Jackie Tyler. One daughter in law Tina Derricott.6 Sister- in- law Mable Tyler, Marian Snead, Selena Coates, Barbara Word, Shirley Tyler and Brenda Gordon. Close cousins Reba Robinson, Lena Robinson, Joe Robinson and Clifton Moody.

Rosa also leaves 14 grandchildren, Chantell, Wanda, Donetta, Kristina, Tiffany, Ulysses, Antoine, Derek, Merrit, Barry, Eugene, Jerry, Jerell, Demetrius and twenty great grandchildren and a host of cousins and friends.

Rosa was employed at Holly Farms in Glenn Allen, Va back in the day. Rosa enjoyed fishing, walking, going to church, and taking care of her grandkids.
